Hi Ladies
Time for the Under R500 Gift Guide, if you missed the previous Under R200 Gift Guide you can check it out here.
Top Row:
Retail Box Secret Box 21 (R370 from Retail Box). I love the Retail Box Secret Boxes, I love the surprise of what’s inside and I love that the value of the box is always double what you paid. This Secret Box is suitable for all hair types, and would make a great gift for yourself, since you don’t know what’s in the box. I have bought this box, and I received it today, and the value of the box is R850! Stock is limited, so be quick, check it out here.
Fuji Green Tea Premium Selection Gift Set (R450 for The Body Shop). This gift set comes in Fuji Green Tea, Shea, Moringa and Strawberry, so you are guaranteed to find a scent that suits everyone. The Fuji Green Tea Range has a very fresh and clean scent, and I think it would suit both men and women. This gift set includes a shower gel, body butter, cologne, body scrub and soap. The content of the gift sets differ slightly, but they are all packaged really nicely and are great value for money. There are many different gift sets available at The Body Shop, ranging in price from R100.
Avene Combination Skin Discovery Kit (R480 from Clicks). I love Avene products, they are great for sensitive and reactive skin types. My absolute must-have from Avene is the Thermal Spring Water. You can read more about it here. There are three Discovery Kits from Avene, ranging from R240 to R480, suited to different skin types, and each kit is priced R200 below the value. I love skincare kits, as they allow you to test a range of products, without spending an arm and a leg!
Middle Row:
Scent Me Sorbet (R250 from Clicks and Sorbet). This fragrance set contains 5 fragrances, with names like Blush Crush and Sun Burst who can resist. Like the previous Sorbet Nail Polish Set here, this can be given as a whole, or broken up into 5 different gifts.
Morgan Taylor Gifted With Style Mini (R220 from Dischem, Salons and Sorbet). This mini 4 pack of Morgan Taylor polishes is the perfect gift for festive nails. Containing two different shades of red and two different shades of silver, can you say Christmas Party Mani! I personally love mini nail polish packs, as it allows you to try more shades, at a cheaper price! There are two other gift sets available, Gifted with Travel (R250) and Gifted with Colour (R390).
Benefit Pucker Up and Party (R325 from Edgars and Red Square). This set contains the famous tints, Benetint and Posietint, as well as Benebalm and Posiebalm, the tinted lip balms. Any beauty junkie would love a Benefit Gift Set!
Bottom Row
Revlon Deluxe Gift Set (R300 from all major department stores). This Best of Eyes Gift Set from Revlon is everything you need to create that festive smokey eye. A Love Mirror Compact, a ColorStay 16 Hour Eye Shadow Palette, a ColorStay Eye Liner and a ColorStay Skinny Liquid Liner. I love Revlon makeup for its quality and affordability!
Ordinary Skincare Moisturising Balm (R310 from Ordinary Skincare). I bought this Balm a while ago, and I love it! It is an all purpose balm, I like to use it as a lip balm, cuticle balm and heel balm. I have also previously used it on dry patches on my face, and it cleared it up in no time! Check it out here, and if you use PRETTIFUL as a voucher code on any Ordinary Skincare Product, you will get 15% off your order until the 24th December. Orders over R300 also qualify for free delivery.
Skoon Skin Overnight Hydrating Mask (R420 from Skoon). I received a couple of Skoon samples a while back, and I am hooked. The next product I would love to try is the Overnight Hydrating Mask. I am currently using the Origins Drink Up Overnight Mask, but since it isn’t available in South Africa, I would love to find a local alternative. This mask is suitable for all skin types, and I definitely wouldn’t mind finding this under my fictional Christmas Tree. You can check out the mask here.
Becca Opal Glow on the Go (R290 from Becca). This set features the famous Opal Shimmering Skin Perfector in both liquid and pressed form. The set contains 0.085 oz Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed Opal and 0.17 oz Shimmering Skin Perfector Opal Spotlight Wand. This set is probably on the top of my wishlist! You can check out the South African Becca Wesbite here. Also, if you spend R1500, you will receive a free gift.
