February Favourites and Empties!

Hi Ladies!

It is time for February Favourites, even though we are halfway through March already!

*Revlon Fire and Ice Ice Radiance: Wow did this perfume surprise me! It is fresh and light and refreshing and elegant. It smells expensive and sophisticated, and nothing like the Fire And Ice Spray everyone used to use back at school!

The Body Shop Vitamin C Powder Mix: I wish this wasn’t discontinued. I love this powder and liquid mixture that you mix together at home, and use for 10 days. My skin felt like it needed a bit of a boost, and this definitely did the trick!

*Sampar Velvet Cleansing Milk: This is possibly the most luxurious cleanser I have ever used, it even beats my La Mer Cleansing Lotion. It has a rose scent, is so silky smooth and I just love the way it feels on my skin. If you want to treat your skin, give this a try!

Makeup Revolution Goddess of Love Highlighter in Goddess of Faith: This is such a beautiful highlighter. It is so finely milled that you don’t see any glitter chunks, it just gives you a lit from within glow. It is soft and buttery, and definitely worth the price! Makeup Revolution isn’t readily available in SA, but they do ship internationally, but I do have some of their products on my Blog Sale.

LA Girl Contour Sticks in Luminous and Velour: These were a bit of a hit and miss with some people, but I love them! I love all the sticks I bought. My favourites though are Luminous and Velour.

Essence Happy Girls are Pretty Lip Balm in Pretty You: Both lip balms from this trend edition were amazing! If you can get both, get them! They are so moisturising and comfortable on the lips, while being nicely pigmented too. Unfortunately both of mine have issues with the rolling down part, but that’s not a biggie, since I love them too much!

Gerard Cosmetics Hydra Matte Liquid Lipstick in Serenity: I love this colour! It is a really pretty nude that suits all skin tones. I do think one of the new Revlon Ultra HD Matte Lipcolors is a perfect dupe, but I need to confirm that!

Catrice Lumination Highlighter in Luminous Light: Oh Catrice, they never disappoint when it comes to their limited editions. And Lumination was no different. The collection was stunning, both the packaging and application! The blush and highlighter are my favourites!

Simple Skincare Range South Africa

Simple Light Moisturiser: I wish Simple products were easily available in South Africa. I sometimes find a couple of their products at Spar, but not nearly enough. They are so affordable, and I think the brand would be a hit here! You know when you are using a super amazing serum, and you just want a light moisturiser to put on top without interfering. Well this is it! Its light but still moisturising enough, and so affordable!

Now for some empties!

Nail Polish Remover Tub Cheap

Two Botanical Collection Hand & Nail Cream: I liked this cream, quite moisturising, and affordable.

Concord Instant Nail Polish Remover: This works really well, although I advise you not to use textured nail polish as it rips the sponge inside. And also, have two tubs, one for dark colours and one for light colours.

Hydrating Shower Oil Cheap

Skoon Cleanser – Makeup Remover is amazing! So sad it is finished. You can read my thoughts on it here.

Sparitual Remover, what can I say, it is a nail polish remover, it does the job. And it is vegan.

Hydra-Oil is an amazing and affordable shower oil! I will definitely be repurchasing this.
