March was my birthday month, and I was spoilt by myself, my boyfriend, family and friends.
First up is my order from Sephora. This is the second time I have ordered from Sephora using Aramex Global, and yes it is possible to order from Sephora online from South Africa. The first time I ordered I didn’t pay any customs, this time unfortunately I had to pay 50% of my order value, bleh!
There were also a couple of new products I needed to get from The Body Shop, by need I mean desperately wanted. While there I obviously found goodies that weren’t on my list, but I had to have such as the Black Musk range.
I bought a couple goodies from Dischem, I finally found the Revlon Matte Lipcolour. I also picked up the Physician’s Formula Youthful Wear Spotless Foundation and a Catrice eye brush which I intend using for clearing up my mani after painting.
Now onto some gifts!
My dear boyfriend went through My Beauty Wishlist and ticked off some items for me. Isn’t he a keeper?
I somehow convinced my dad to buy me this organiser, and for the price he thought it had come with everything inside and on top. Haha! Beauty is an expensive hobby…
I had a huge Avon wishlist, and my mom bought it all for me.
And I got a new kitten, yay!
Some Korean products too from my friend over at Shades of Mink. If you are looking for some high quality sheet face masks, check out her online store!
Lastly I bought these candles and wax melts at Mica Hardware, and they smell amazing. I haven’t lit one yet, so I am not sure how long they last or how they actually smell when lit, but they look promising.
Did you get anything interesting in March?
Hi. Where is the organiser in this picture from?
Hi Lin. It is from Pax3d. They are based in Cape Town

Thanks Lucinda! Will do, I swatched them in store and they seemed amazing.
Your kitten is adorable and all your products look like it’s been a perfect birthday month. Happy birthday girl, hop you have a blessed year 🙂
Thanks Marne!
I am on the hunt for a cheap organiser. Beautiful gifts ☺ What is your kitten’s name?
I bought some from Dischem, they are small though. If you look at the picture of my organiser in the picture of my Beauty Wishlist post, the small organisers on the left. Her name is Mego, it means cute in Japanese apparently 🙂
Have you tried out your Sephora brand rose mask pod? I got one in an international box swop, and managed to get two or three uses out of one, but I found that it really didn’t do the job as well as the Freemans Honeydew and Camomile overnight mask.
I haven’t tried it yet Siobhan. I am quite delayed with using my products, haha! I will report back once I have tried it. My fave overnight mask is the Origins one.
