It is June Beauty Favourites time!
Nivea Pampering Oil is such an affordable pamper product! It feels luxurious, smells amazing and leaves my skin feeling silky soft. I use this with a bath lily or just my hands, and if your skin needs some extra care this winter, I highly recommend trying this out!
Eucerin Aquaphor was recommended to me a while ago for post chemical peel dryness, and I had forgotten about it until my beloved Carmex ran out. It has now become my go-to lip product to keep dry winter lips at bay. I think it is about R80, and it will last you forever! I also like to mix it with a bit of a lip tint to give the most moisturising lip colour ever! It is a bit bulky to carry around, but you can decant a bit into an old lip balm container and you can even add some lip tint to that.
I also pulled out my Ordinary Skincare Moisturising Balm to help with winter dryness, and I have been using it regularly on my hands and feet. It is quite hard but warms up quickly and spreads really well. This balm can be used everywhere as it is fragrance and paraben free.
I have been using the Balm Balm Rose Water Hydrosol as a hydrating toning mist as well as a hydrating finishing spray after makeup. My skin feels so much better after using this spray. The mist is super fine, to a point where you cannot even see any dewiness on your face. I like this in winter to hydrate and I think I will like it equally in summer as a cooling refreshing face mist.
Sans Soucis Deep Moisture Depot smells amazing, and is ultra-nourishing. I use this a couple of times a week when my skin is feeling a bit bleh. I press a couple of drops into my skin after cleansing, and my skin looks and feels plumper and more hydrated.
Now for the makeup bit and bobs!
I picked up this Revlon Colourburst Lip Butter in Pink Truffle and I am loving it! It gives the perfect flush of colour while moisturising the lips. Why these products were discontinued is beyond me, but you can still pick some up in the sales bins at Clicks and Dischem.
I have also been loving the Catrice Highlighter in Golden Grace and Blush in Caviar and Champagne from the Treasure Trove Collection. There is already a review post on this collection including swatches, so I won’t go into too much detail. But if you can miraculously still find this collection at Dischem, the blush is a must, and if you are a fan of highlighters like I am, then get that too! They are both finelly milled and have great colour payoff.

I agree with you on the Nivea pampering oil, it’s rich formula is what winter skin calls for.
I’m on my second bottle
My bottle is nearly done, and I am definitely buying another!
It has to be my Hemp Lip Conditioner from The Body Shop 🙂
Oh that sounds perfect for winter! I love the hemp hand Cream!
