3INA pronounced Mina, not Trina or Thrina is the newest beauty brand to hit South African shores. It brings both quality and affordability in a super stylish store filled top to bottom with shelves of beauty!

I was sent a few products to try out, and after visiting the store, I bought more! My favourite products are the Chubby Lipstick and the Highlighter, oh and the Cream Eyeshadow.

I received the *Chubby Lipstick in 101- Nasturtium. It has a smooth matte satin finish that I adore. It is a stunning bright orange as you can see above, similiar to MAC Teen Dream, but better. It is bright, pigmented and long lasting, and there are 10 shades available, so I am sure everyone will find a shade they love.

I bought a Liquid Lipstick in 503- Garnet Rose after swatching it in store. It is pigmented and long lasting, although slightly drying so it is best to prep your lips before use. I think two layers are best, since it is a bit patchy on the first layer, but it doesn’t flake. There are 10 shades available, from nude to bright.

I received the *rose gold Cream Eyeshadow a while ago, and even featured it in my August Beauty Favourites. So when I was in store and saw the jet black one, I knew I had to buy it, it is so black and matte, it is amazing! They are so pigmented and long lasting and once it sets it is there to stay. I like to use the black as a liner, and it even stays put on my waterline.  Also, there are 17 shades to choose from, so 3INA has you covered! There are swatches below.

Last, but certainly not least, I was sent the *Highlighter in 201- Almond Cream which is a stunning champagne gold shade. It is so finely milled and buttery and there is no chunky glitter in sight as you can see below! It blends well and leaves a natural glow to the skin. There are 2 highlighter shades available, but this is by far my favourite, since the other one has a pinker tone. There are also 6 blush shades available, which I will be checking out next time I am in store.

The one thing I can fault is the lack of shade names on the products, Chubby Lipstick in Nasturtium sounds so much better than Chubby Lipstick in 101. However, the names of some products are listed on the website, as well as prices. For now 3INA is only available in Joburg at Eastgate Mall and Sandton City Shopping Centre, but I will keep you updated when I hear more!
