Today I am sharing some New Catrice Product Launches with you. I am quite delayed with this post, as I was hoping to pick up the brow pencil in my shade and include it here, but unfortunately no luck so far. These products launched back in April, and you may have seen two of them in my April Beauty Haul.
The star of this post is definitely *The Precious Copper palette.
So much pigment! So much buttery softness!
There are also two exciting lip launches, the Lip Cushion and the Ombre Lip. Strobing also shows no sign of slowing down, and Catrice has launched two Liquid Luminizer Strobing Pens.
The *Catrice Ombre Two Tone Lipstick reminds me of the Benefit Ombre Lipstick. I like the pigmentation, but I find the shape a bit awkward to apply to the corners of my lips. I found that in a few of the shades the contrast was too intense, and it looked like a throwback to that awful dark lip liner trend. But the colours in ‘Please tell Rosy’ work really well together to give a plump looking lip.
Cushion makeup products have been all the rage recently, and I am really glad Catrice is joining the trend. This Lip Cushion in Coraline’s Crush is amazing! It is a highly pigmented gloss, and I am really glad I bought this!
Lastly, the Liquid Luminzer. I actually bought both of these after swatching them in store, and then was sent the gold one, so I returned it. These are molten gold and silver, there is no other way to describe them. These are amazing mixed into your moisturiser or foundation for a lit from within glow. Or patted onto the cheekbones over foundation for an intense glow.
You can see swatches below. How gorgeous is Coraline’s Crush on the top right?
I am quite a fan of Catrice mascara, and this latest *Glam & Doll offering is no different. The wand seperates lashes well, thanks to it’s tiny long plastic bristles. The wand doesn’t hold much product, so you would have to try very hard to get this product to clump. All in all, a great affordable mascara.
I also received the Made to Stay Foundation and the Slim’Matic Ultra Precise Brow Pencil. Unfortunately the shades were way too light, but I am keen to try the brow pencil in a darker shade. I love micro-brow pencils, and this one looks promising.
Thanks for reading ladies, see anything you like?
