Seeing as today is Mani Monday, I thought I would share the Morgan Taylor Winter 2017 Collection with you, The Great Ice-Scape. Inspired by the beautiful art of figure skating, this collection features six shades from gentle soft pinks to mysterious dark blues in a mix of creme and shimmer finishes.

Figure 8’s & Heartbreaks – Dusty Mauve Crème
Ice Queen Anyone? – Copper Shimmer
Lace ‘Em Up – Midnight Blue Crème
Flirt In A Skating Skirt – Steel Blue Crème
Hey, Twirl-friend! – Warm Nude Crème

I received two shades to try out, *Ice Queen Anyone? a Copper Shimmer and *Lace ‘Em Up a Midnight Blue Creme.

Ice Queen Anyone? is a gorgeous copper shimmer, you can see from the swatch above how beautifully it catches the light. It applied a bit streaky on the first coat, but evened out on the second, although I prefer to apply three thin coats, as that gives the best colour dimension. Lace ‘Em Up is a One Coat Wonder! It is such a deep blue creme and it applied so so well! I can see this being on my nails a lot!

The Collection is available now at Dischem, Sorbet and selected salons, for R149 each. There is also a mini pack for R246, which are my favourites, since you get to try a few different shades! The mini pack has N-ice Girls Rule,
