Hi Ladies!
As the weather starts cooling down, keep on rocking with the *essie Leggy Legend Autumn Collection.
Taking center stage this season is iconic rock ’n’ roll royalty: the queen of the entourage, the unstoppable, impossibly stylish muse. The six new compelling shades of the autumn 2016 collection capture the powerful allure of the ingénues of the rock era with intensely saturated hues.
These six shades could all get away with being one coaters, although I think to get the full depth of the pigment and finish, two is best. There is not one miss in the collection, high shine and gloss all around! If I had to nit pick I would say In The Lobby is a bit of of a trouble child in one coat, but two coats really smooths it out.
L-R
Leggy Legend- Alloyed Bronze Bombshell- This is a stunning copper/bronze shade.
Color Binge- Addictive Orange Red- This shade is especially glossy and shiny!
With the Band- Toasted Spice Burgundy- I love this deep red shade for the colder months.
In the Lobby- Exotic Cinnamon Plum- This has a jelly type finish, which looks best with two coats.
Bell Bottom Blues- Intense Midnight Indigo- Stunning in one coat, but for depth and shimmer go for two.
Frock ‘n Roll- Shimmering Rich Espresso- Unlike any other shade I own, a galaxy effect in a minimal way.
The must haves from this collection in my opinion would be Bell Bottom Blues and Frock ‘n Roll. I do love Color Binge, but I think it is easily duped.
These should already be available for R140 each at Dischem and Salons.
See anything you like ladies?
