Clarins Summer Makeup Collection

It is almost time for this years Clarins Summer Makeup Collection Launch, and I realised I hadn’t reviewed what I bought from the 2019 collection!
The annual Limited Edition Healthy Glow Bronzing Powder is one product I have to collect every year. The packaging and embossing is always so beautiful, and the powder itself is silky and looks amazing on the skin. You can check out my last two posts here and here to see what I mean and start getting excited for this years launch.
Last years Bronzing Compact is a beauty! It came in two shades, and I bought Sunrise Glow. It has three shades that can be used alone or together. This compact has a blush, highlighter and bronzer all beautifully embossed. My favourite way to use it is to swirl a fluffy powder brush across all shades and apply as a blush and bronzer. It warms the skin and gives a healthy glow, it has hydrating properties too, so you won’t be left looking dry and powdery. The beauty of this compact is it can be used in so many ways. The bronze and highlight shades look stunning as eyeshadow too. You can see swatches of the three shades below.
I also bought the Fix’ Make-Up Spray, which has been on my wishlist for ages. This spray has such a nostalgic pleasant scent that I can’t quite place, it isn’t overpowering either. It not only keeps your makeup in place, it also hydrates, soothes and refreshes the skin. The glass bottle is so pretty, although I did find the size a bit small for the price.
I can’t wait for this years collection, which also includes two new shades of the SOS Primers, Lip Twist Duo Water Tint & Balms, Twist to Glow a product for eyes and cheeks as well as a mascara and new shades of the Satin Eyeshadow.
The Clarins Summer Makeup Collection isn’t always available at all stores, so I usually get it directly from the Clarins website.
