A while ago, a long while ago, I bought some @lushsouthafrica Christmas Goodies and also planned on doing a giveaway... I adore the limited collections from Lush, and enjoy trying all of the new scents and products. Jolly, Cinders and Roasting Chestnuts are some of my favourite Christmas scents.

A few months have passed, but here we are...

New in haircare to try out...

I've already started using the @kerastase_official Bain Riche Shampoo, and I'm loving it. It is great for my sensitive scalp and dry ends.

I love a Shampoo Bar, especially for travelling, so eager to try this from @clarinssouthafrica

The @kmssouthafrica Moist Repair Therapy Treatment and @paulmitchell_za Marula Oil Rare Oil Treatment sound amazing for dry hair and now that winter is here I am sure I will get a lot of use out of them. The Rare Oil can also be used on skin, and my cuticles can definitely do with some.

I've been loving this range from @zarahome

The scent is very delicate, a blend of white wood, lemon zest, and magnolia.

Zara diffusers are some of the best I have tried, and this one is no different. The scent fills the room beautifully. The Liquid Soap and Hand Cream are a but thinner than I expected, but they do the job and smell amazing.

Received a pack of goodies from @bio_sculpture_official last year, just in time for the Summer Holidays.

I tried out the Summer Heel Home Care Pack before we went away, as I didn't have time to go for a pedicure. It is the perfect set for an at-home pedi and has everything you need.

I'm looking forward to trying the other products, especially the pretty nail polish colours.

Here's hoping 2023 is a better year.

2022 has been tough, probably the hardest year of my life. It started off well, but on the 29th of May, my life changed. A big part of me, a part of my life, a part of my heart left this world and left me in pieces. I don't think I'll ever be the same, I don't think I'll ever feel whole again. But I am grateful for the life that I have, and all those around me, especially my husband, my family and Sugs.

I'm not usually a fan of eye creams, I've always felt like a good serum, and moisturiser could do the job just as well.

I adore the @clarinssouthafrica Double Serum. It makes my skin look plumper and more radiant, so I was keen to see what a Double Serum specifically developed for the eye area could do.

The Double Serum Eye has been specifically developed to combat wrinkles, puffiness, and dark circles, as well as protect and strengthen the delicate eye contour. My dark circles and puffiness have a life of their own recently, blame it on the lack of sleep, stress, grief, all of the above. After using this, the area around my eyes looked hydrated and plumped, my concealer creased less, and the overall radiance improved. I like that this can be used on the eyelids too, I found the scent very calming as I do with most @clarinsofficial products.
