Hi Ladies
I don’t know about you, but I am always on the look out for affordable makeup brushes.
GOSH Copenhagen has the solution with a new line of brushes with soft, high quality 100% synthetic bristles.
I was sent four brushes to try out, and I am impressed!
*Kabuki Brush (R240.00): This brush is soft yet dense, and one of the best affordable Kabuki Brushes I have tried, if not the best. I like to use this with bronzer all over my face for a sun kissed glow, or I use it to blend everything together.
*Foundation Brush- Above (R240.00): I am not a huge fan of flat foundation brushes, I find them streaky and the finish is not as flawless as with a stipple or buffing brush. But I was pleasantly surprised by this brush, it didn’t streak and because the bristles are so soft I could actually stipple at an angle with this brush without poking my face. Exceeded my expectations! If you are also not a fan of flat foundation brushes for applying makeup but have some in your stash, they work fabulously to apply face masks in a professional mess free way!
*Blusher Brush (R170.00): This brush is a true all rounder, it is so soft and not too dense, so it gives a lovely finish. I used it for blush, bronzer and highlighter and it worked well for all three. It picks up powder well, and transfers it evenly.
*Powder Brush- Below (R240.00): You can see below how well the brush picks up powder. The powder brush is the best for blending! It is soft and once again not too dense, so it doesn’t shift anything around, but rather lightly blends any harsh edges.
The Powder Brush and Blush Brush have been used every day since I got them, so they really are all that!
