As the cold dark winter creeps in, you can keep your spirits up with the Morgan Taylor Winter Garden Collection.
The Winter Garden Collection for Winter 2016 features six floral shades guaranteed to brighten even the darkest winter days. From a light pink cream to a lilac taupe cream, Morgan Taylor has a bloom for you.
L-R: Rose-y Cheeks, Don’t Pansy Around, What’s Your Poinsettia, Warm Up The Car-Nation, Prim-rose and Proper and I Or-chid You Not.
I was sent *Warm Up The Car-Nation, which is somewhere between a magenta and a burgundy cream and *I Or-chid You Not which is a grey/taupe cream with a tinge of lilac.
Both shades are one-coaters, smooth and pigmented. ‘I Or-chid You Not’ is my favourite, the colour is unique and elegant, and I definitely see myself wearing this shade throughout the year!
The Morgan Taylor Winter Garden Collection should be launching later this week. You can find it soon at Dischem, Sorbet and Selected Salons for R138 per bottle. There will also be a cute mini-pack of four colours, for R246.
You can also check out the Urban Cowgirl Collection for Autumn which is still in store, for now… But be quick!
Which bloom do you choose?

Beautiful photos 🙂
It is the best!
Loving ” I orchid you not” … unusual colour and i think it may suit all skin tones. But both are beautiful, they are indeed lovely shades for winter x
It is my favourite of the bunch. Definitely one to get!
I usually love the little mini sets, but I see the ‘I or-chid you not’ isn’t in there…such a pity as it’s the one colour I feel I must have 🙁 Lovely swatches.
I Orchid you not is my fave shade too! I really wish the mini set had it!
Hi Azraa , thank you for the post. Does the taupe colour get darker ,like more brown when it dries? I’ve had this problem with taupe/nude colours before 🙁
Hi Nina, nope, the colour in the swatch is when it has dried. It is such a stunning shade!
