Introducing the gorgeous Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour X Olimpia Zagnoli Limited Edition, bold and colourful packaging for a cult-favourite! Olimpia Zagnoli, an internationally acclaimed illustrator, designed the packaging based on the infinity symbol, to signify the 8 Hour Cream’s infinite uses, infinite fans and the infinite individuality of women.
Did you know that the legendary Eight Hour Cream Skin Protectant is 90 years old?!?
It’s claim to fame was being able to heal the skin in only 8 hours, one which I can attest to. There are so many uses for it, too many to mention, but a few of my favourites are: as a lip balm, as a cuticle balm, to tame those dreaded fly-aways and to soothe and heal minor scrapes.
There are four products in the range, and aside from the Original Skin Protectant (R315), you will also find the Lip Protectant Sticks SPF 15 (R235) in three new shades.
Swatches below from top to bottom:
Coral, Rose and Cabernet. Coral and Rose are my favourites, I love the sheer tint they give the lips while keeping them hydrated and protected.
I absolutely adore this year’s limited edition packaging, and every year I look forward to seeing what Elizabeth Arden has come up with. How do you use the Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream Skin Protectant?
The Limited Edition Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour X Olimpia Zagnoli Collection can be found at all Elizabeth Arden counters or online here.

Oh I love the original 8 hour cream but wow look at this packaging! I’ve tried the plain 8 hour lip balm and LOVE it but these tinted ones look gorgeous too.

The packaging on these are gorgeous x
The peachy pink shade is gorgeous, these seem similar to the Bobbi Brown bare lip tints which I love!
I didn’t realise that it was 90 years old but I knew it was around for a long time. I love these tinted balms and the timing is perfect, with mask wearing likely to continue well into next year.
The packaging is so cute, I love it! I’ve never tried Elizabeth Arden, but I really want to as I’ve heard so many good things. These shades look so beautiful xx
