I love tinted lip oils all year long, but especially in winter. As much as I love a matte lip, sometimes my lips just need a bit of colour but extra care. So, today I am sharing a few of my Favourite Tinted Lip Oils, with swatches. These all vary in pigmentation, but most just offer a slight tint to the lips with a glossy shine.
