Sephora Favorites- The Next Big Thing
Wednesday, 26 May 2021
I adore Sephora Favorites Kits, they offer such great value, and I love being able to try out a bunch of new products. I recently ordered two new kits, which I unboxed on my IG stories yesterday. But today I am going to share my thoughts on the Sephora Favorites- The Next Big Thing Kit.
This kit was $39, with a value of $95, and contains two full size products, the Melt Lipstick and Kaja Blush.
Swatches below from top to bottom:
Melt Cosmetics Lipstick in Old Rose- a creamy dusty rose lipstick with a lovely formula in the perfect shade. Although this has a matte finish, it isn’t uncomfortable, and is actually quite creamy.
Violet Voss Eye Glitter Topper in Dream- a pretty bronze liquid eyeshadow that is quite pigmented in one swipe. Given that eyes are the only visible part of our faces thanks to covid, I think this would be a hit for most people.
Milk Makeup Cooling Water Mini- I have had a few of these mini’s come my way through different beauty boxes. It can be used to depuff and cool off the under-eye area, or over the entire face or body. This is great for travelling and Summer.
Kaja Cheeky Stamp Blendable Blush in Feisty- a pretty pink blush that comes with a cute heart shaped stamp. The blush blends well, but be quick as once it dries it will shift your makeup.
Artist Couture Diamond Lights Finisher in Spotlight Glitz- a multi-use metallic topper that can be used on eyes, cheeks and even lips. It is a goldish/pinkish glitter, that at my age, I probably won’t be using. It does look pretty on the eyes, but I prefer a shimmer as opposed to glitter.
Natasha Denona Mini Diamond & Glow Cheek Duo- I wasn’t really a fan of the highlighter shade, it was a bit patchy and not very finely milled. The blush is pretty, but quite shimmery which I am not a fan of.
The final product which isn’t swatched, is a skincare product from FARSÁLI, the Liquid Glass Radiance Serum. This pearly shimmery serum can be applied with skincare or makeup and visibly brightens the skin for a healthy glow.
What do you think about this kit?
