Hubby for Dessert!

Happy Monday Ladies!
Today’s Mani Monday features ‘Hubby For Dessert’ from the Essie Bridal Collection. It is a stunning sheer lilac, and it definitely is a perfect shade for a wedding, especially a Spring/Summer Wedding!
I added some pearls and a flower to bring out the wedding theme, you like?
The polish itself is quite sheer, this is four thin coats, and you can still see some nail lines through it. I do love the colour though, it is soft and gentle, and is definitely one of my favourites from this collection. Next time though, I will use an opaque nude as a base coat before I put this on.
Three new polishes were added to the Bridal Collection, and will be available this month, exclusively at Clicks. ‘Worth The Wait’ a light coral/pink, ‘Hubby For Dessert’ a sheer lilac and ‘Brides To Be’ a caramel blush.
Which one is your favourite Ladies?

How long does essie nail polish last?
For me it lasts about a week, which is amazing! Hubby for Dessert is still glossy with no chips in sight, and it has been 6 days and counting.
Very pretty !!! ….. pity you need 4 coats
Thank you! Yip, but I wanna try with a nude base coat, or even white, then I am hoping I will only need 2 coats.
Whoever thought of the name Hubby for Dessert is amazing! Love your nails and Hubby for Dessert is my fave.
