Essie Luxe Effects Review and Swatches
Monday, 29 Feb 2016
Hi Ladies
Today I would like to introduce you to the fabulous essie Luxeffects 2016 Collection!
Fringed, frilled, flared and tasseled, essie’s newest collection of highly embellished top coats was inspired by the hottest trend on the runways: hypnotic fringe. These 4 brilliantly sparkling Luxeffects capture free-spirited decadence with a boho touch. It’s an easy way to add breathtaking drama in seconds.
L-R: frilling me softly, tassel shaker, fringe factor and fashion flares.
The swatches above are three coats with no base coat. These are absolutely stunning, and I love that no fishing for slivers of glitter required! They dry super fast too. You can use this on its own, or over a similiar shade of polish as a stunning top coat.
You can have a peek into the bottles above to see how densely packed the glitters are.
Below I used essie brides to be as a base coat which was part of the essie Bridal Collection from last year. I then used one coat of tassle shaker and one coat of fringe factor.
The Luxeffects 2016 Collection is available now at selected Dis-Chem, Clicks and Foschini stores for a limited time for only R124.95.
